Role Description The Presentation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves creating visually compelling presentations that clearly communicate technical formwork concepts, project proposals, and design solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.

The Presentation

Specialist will collaborate with engineering, sales, and project teams to translate complex information into clear, structured slides and supporting visual materials. Daily tasks include developing presentation templates, designing graphics, refining content for clarity and impact, and maintaining brand consistency across all presentation materials. The role also includes preparing client-facing decks for bids, project reviews, and training sessions,



and updating materials as projects and offerings evolve.

Qualifications

- Strong presentation skills, including the ability to structure, design, and deliver presentations that communicate technical and commercial information effectively.
- Proficiency in creating professional presentations, including slide layouts, visual storytelling, and use of presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Capability in graphics and graphic design, including creating charts, diagrams, and visual elements that enhance understanding of engineering and project data.
- Attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple presentation projects and deadlines.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment with engineering and project teams; experience in construction, engineering, or related industries is an advantage.

- Proficiency in relevant design and productivity tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, MS Office) and familiarity with data visualization best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Communication, Multimedia, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
