Hiring Alert | Engineer – HVAC Systems & Hose & Tube

We are hiring Engineers for our thermal systems manufacturing operations.

Role: Engineer – HVAC / Hose & Tube / ECM

Location: Karsanpura, Gujarat (Subros)

Key Responsibilities

- Support process & production activities for HVAC assemblies, hose & tube, and ECM
- Prepare/maintain process documents (PFD, WI, Control Plan)
- Drive process improvements, scrap reduction & first-pass yield
- Support new product trials, process validation & PPAP
- Coordinate with Production, Quality & Maintenance for day-to-day issue resolution

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
- 2–5 years experience in automotive thermal systems / HVAC / hose & tube / heat exchangers
- Positive understanding of process engineering, quality systems (IATF 16949) and lean tools
- Strong shop-floor orientation and problem-solving skills
