Reguired Experience

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Press Machine Operator & Maintenance Technician who can independently handle the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and day-to-day technical requirements of press machines in our manufacturing facility.

Operate press machines safely & efficiently

Carry out preventive & breakdown maintenance

Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic & basic electrical issues Handle die/tool setup & changeover

Maintain machine performance & records

Minimize downtime & ensure safety

Experience

3-4 Years

Qualification

ITI/ Diploma

(Mechanical/ Electrical/

Mechatronics)

Job Highlights

Mechanical

- Bearings, gears, shafts, couplings
- Lubrication & alignment




- Basic fitting & tools

Hydraulic / Pneumatic

- Pumps, valves, cylinders, FRL, units Leak& pressure troubleshooting Electrical/ Control
- Motors, sensors, contactors, relays
- Basic PLC & VFD (advantage)Press Machine Knowledge Operation, setup, die handling Safety systems & troubleshooting

· Problem solving & fault finding

- Quick response to breakdowns
