About Us

Dreamland Play School is a nurturing, play-based preschool in Moti Nagar, West Delhi, operating under the IEYC (International Early Years Curriculum) framework. Position: Preschool Teacher / Intern Openings: 4 Location: Moti Nagar, West Delhi Timings: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Saturday Type: Full-time | Internship available

No Experience? No Problem! If you have a genuine love for children and early learning, we will train and mentor you every step of the way. Recent NTT / ETT / B.Ed graduates and final-year students are actively encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate, IEYC-aligned daily activities including art, music, storytelling, sensory play, and phonics for children aged 2–5 years in Hindi and English
- Create and maintain a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment aligned with Montessori principles
- Observe, assess, and document each child's developmental progress; maintain portfolios and prepare reports for Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM)
- Build trusting relationships with parents through daily updates, newsletters, and proactive communication
- Organise and participate in school events, theme days,



celebrations, and special sessions using art, craft, and outdoor resources
- Work collaboratively with co-teachers and school leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Ensure the physical safety, hygiene, and emotional wellbeing of all children at all times

Qualifications

- NTT / ETT / B.Ed or equivalent diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Final-year students eligible to apply as interns
- 0–1 year experience; freshers actively encouraged
- Proficiency in Hindi; working knowledge of English
- Warm, patient, and nurturing personality
- Passion for child development is the most key qualification!
- Familiarity with IEYC or Montessori methods is an added advantage
