- Conduct engaging and age-appropriate classroom activities for Playgroup, Nursery, LKG, and UKG.
- Implement Montessori teaching methods to foster independent learning and creativity.
- Teach and communicate effectively in Hindi and English (Tamil knowledge is an added advantage).
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Collaborate with parents and staff to support holistic child development.
- Maintain lesson plans, progress reports, and classroom discipline.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Montessori Teacher Training Certification.
- Language Requirement:
Ability to teach/communicate in Hindi.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Ed. preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: Freshers with Montessori training are welcome; prior preschool teaching experience is an advantage.
