Role Description This is a full time, on-site Presales Executive role based in Gurugram.

The Presales

Executive will handle inbound and outbound inquiries, qualify leads, and maintain detailed records of prospective clients. Daily responsibilities include engaging with potential buyers over phone, email, and in-person meetings, presenting project details, and scheduling site visits. The role involves coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads,



preparing basic proposals or responses to client requests, and following up to nurture interest.

The Presales

Executive will also contribute to maintaining a strong customer service culture, supporting marketing campaigns, and providing regular updates and reports on lead performance and conversion trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong lead generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing lead pipelines.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication abilities to interact clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess sales-related skills to support presales activities, convert inquiries into opportunities, and collaborate effectively with the sales team.
- Good understanding of the real estate market, especially residential projects, is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM or lead management systems is preferred.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; prior experience in real estate presales or sales support is an advantage.
