NRole Description:

NThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai (Andheri East) for a Presales Engineer. The Presales Engineer will support technical scoping, proposals, and bid management across our service lines. Manage the end-to-end proposal development process, including crafting compelling proposal documents, responding to tenders, responding to RFPs, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

- Support sales with technical presentations and solution walkthroughs for VAPT, SOC, and Compliance offerings

- Understand client requirements and map them to the right service/solution
N
- Assist in scoping VAPT and SOC engagements to support effort estimation and pricing
N
- Support compliance proposals (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.)
N
- Prepare and manage tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and SOWs
N
- Analyze bid requirements and coordinate with internal teams for inputs
N
- Draft, review, and refine technical and commercial proposals
N
- Maintain technical collateral (brochures, methodology decks, sample reports)
N
- Track bid timelines andensure timely submissions
N

nQualifications:

- 1–3 years of experience of pre-sales in cybersecurity, IT, or related technical field
N
- Basic understanding of VAPT, SOC operations, and compliance frameworks
N
- Strong written communication and proposal-drafting skills
N
- Valuable organizational skills to manage multiple bids/timelines
N
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
