Equitas Small Finance Bank is looking for experienced Premium Acquisition Managers (PAM) to acquire and manage HNI and affluent customers and drive liability business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire HNI and affluent customers for liability products.
- Generate leads through field activities, references, networking, and existing customer referrals.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Recommend suitable banking and investment products.
- Handle account opening and ensure accurate KYC documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium customers.
- Generate referrals and expand the customer base.
- Cross-sell banking, loan, investment, and other financial products.
- Maintain daily sales reports and ensure achievement of assigned business targets.

Required Candidate Profile:





- 3–5 years of experience in liability sales or customer acquisition.
- Experience in HNI/Affluent customer handling preferred.
- Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Positive knowledge of HNI/Affluent banking products.
- Strong local market knowledge and networking abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to develop a strong customer portfolio.
