Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Chennai.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to potential partners or customers, presenting Crio.Do’s offerings, and managing client accounts to ensure long-term relationships. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to refine value propositions, preparing proposals and reports,



tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback to improve business development strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Candidates should possess solid Business acumen and an understanding of growth and revenue drivers.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client-facing interactions.
- Candidates should possess effective Account Management skills to maintain and expand relationships.
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, or partnerships in the education technology or technology sector is beneficial.
- Ability to work with targets, analyze data, and use CRM or sales tools to manage pipelines is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
