NKSR Brothers is looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant – Projects & Coordination to work closely with senior management from our new Gurgaon office.
NThis role goes beyond traditional administrative support. The person will act as a central point of coordination between management, clients, consultants, project teams, vendors, and the office, helping ensure that important conversations and project actions are followed through.
NKey Responsibilities

- Work closely with senior management on day-to-day business and project coordination. N
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams on behalf of management. N
- Handle and respond to significant calls, messages, and correspondence as required. N
- Track the status of ongoing projects, pending decisions, approvals, drawings, quotations, and follow-ups. N
- Maintain a clear recordof commitments and action points arising from meetings and client discussions. N




- Follow up with internalteams to ensure deadlines and project requirements are being addressed. N
- Schedule and coordinatemeetings, site visits, calls, and appointments. N
- Prepare meeting notes, basic presentations, correspondence, and project-related documentation. N
- Ensure important matters are brought to management's attention and followed through to closure. N
- Assist with other business and coordination requirements as needed. N

- Graduate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. N
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. N
- Comfortable interactingprofessionally with senior clients, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders. N
- Highly organized and able to follow multiple projects and conversations simultaneously. N
- Confident on phone calls and capable of
