The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
NKey Responsibilities

- Handle Inbound/Outboundcustomer interactions via email, chat, or other communication channels. N
- Respond to customer inquiries in a skilled and timely manner. N
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required. N
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. N
- Provide product, service, and process-related information to customers. N
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and customer service guidelines. N




- Meet individual and team performance targets. N
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution. N
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships. N

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Undergraduates can apply (depending on company requirements). N
- International Voice/ Chat Experience is mandatory N
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;

- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office. N
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills. N
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. N
- Customer-centric attitude and willingness to learn. N

nPreferred Qualifications
