Role & Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and design AV, ELV & IT integration solutions.

- Prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, technical proposals, and solution presentations.

- Handle end-to-end RFPs, government tenders, compliance documentation, and bid submissions.

- Develop SLDs, schematic diagrams, and system architecture using AutoCAD/Visio.

- Coordinate with OEMs for pricing, technical support, and commercial proposals.

- Submit bids through GeM, SAP Ariba, and other e-tender portals.

- Conduct site surveys, interact with clients, and provide technical pre-sales support.

- Ensure timely delivery of multiple bids with accurate documentation and smooth handover to project teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related engineering discipline.





- 3 to 4 years of experience in AV/ELV System Integration or Technical Pre-Sales.

- Robust experience in BOQ preparation, solution design, RFPs, and government tenders.

- Hands-on knowledge of Audio Visual systems, ELV, networking, and AV-over-IP technologies.

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Visio, MS Excel, PowerPoint, GeM, and SAP Ariba.

- Good understanding of SLDs, schematic diagrams, OEM coordination, and commercial costing.

- Excellent communication, presentation, multitasking, and customer-facing skills.

- Willing to travel across India and work from Thane, Mumbai.
