PRE-SALES EXECUTIVE / JUNIOR BDR

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Pre-Sales Executive / Junior BDR with 1–2 years of experience in business development, cold calling, tele-sales, or appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients.

· Identify and qualify potential leads.

· Communicate confidently with doctors, clinic owners, and business decision-makers.

· Explain AMPL's services and generate interest.

· Schedule and confirm appointments for the Sales / Founder team.

· Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.

· Update lead details and follow-ups in the CRM.

· Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads.

· Maintain daily calling and appointment-setting targets.

What We're Looking For

· 1–2 years of experience in BDR, Pre-Sales, Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, or similar roles.

· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

· Confident and comfortable speaking with senior professionals.

· Good English and Hindi communications.





· Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups.

· Positive attitude, target-oriented and proactive.

· Basic understanding of CRM and lead management.

Compensation & Work Details

· Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and demonstrated skills

· Incentives: Performance-based incentives in addition to the fixed salary

· Location: Bengaluru

· Work: Full-time, On-site

Someone who is confident on calls, communicates well, can handle cold calling professionally, and is good at getting prospects interested and booking qualified appointments for the sales team.
