The Role: As a Pre-Sales Associate, you are the first point of contact for ambitious students and parents. Your job is not to close the sale — it's to diagnose their profile fast, build enough trust and clarity that they see real value in a deeper conversation, and hand them off to the counseling team as a well-qualified, booked appointment. This is a strong first role for building a career in high-performance B2C sales, with structured training from day one — no prior experience necessary.

Key Responsibilities

● Speed-to-Lead: Respond to inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, web forms, ad leads) within minutes — response speed is one of the biggest levers on conversion in B2C.

● Lead Qualification: Run structured discovery calls to assess a student's profile, intent, timeline, and budget fit against Ambitio's offerings.

● Appointment Setting: Convert qualified conversations into booked counseling sessions with the closing team, and drive robust show-up rates.

● Lead Scoring & Routing: Tag and prioritize leads by readiness (hot/warm/cold) and route each to the right counselor or nurture track.

● Nurture & Re-engagement:



Follow up on undecided or "not-now" leads through a structured cadence (calls, WhatsApp, email) until they're sales-ready.

● Feedback to Marketing: Flag lead-quality patterns and common objections back to Marketing to sharpen targeting and messaging.

● CRM & Funnel Reporting: Keep lead data clean and current, and track your own funnel numbers — contact rate, qualification rate, MQL-to-SQL conversion.

Requirements: We are looking for individuals with:

● Communication First: Fluent, confident spoken and written English — the single most important skill for this role.

● Coachability: Enjoys learning structured processes and takes feedback well; no prior experience needed; we'll train you on qualification frameworks and CRM tools.

● High-Volume Comfort: Comfortable being on the phone/chat for a large part of the day without losing warmth.

● Curiosity & Listening: Naturally curious, asks good questions, and can separate genuine intent from casual interest.

● High Agency: A self-starter who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do next.

● Educational Background: Any graduate (BBA/B.Com/MBA preferred); fresh graduates welcome.
