- Daily use of ERP PP and MM modules to do two to three months of Advance Materialrequirement planning, manage Make-to-Order and Demand Planning for twomanufacturing plants catering to UK and ROW markets with 85-95% actualproduction
- Perform MRP runs and material shortfall analysis to ensure on-timeavailability of raw and packing materials (APIs, Excipients, Foils, Cartons, etc.)
- Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and track Purchase Orders (POs) fortimely procurement
- Coordinate with Marketing, Regulatory, and Artwork teams toensure correct packaging material codes and designs
- Use ERP PP & MM modules for BOM management, inventory control, and productionplanning
- Collaborate with QA/QC, R&D;, and logistics to align production anddispatch schedules
- Generate MRP and stock status reports using SAP & AdvancedExcel to prevent production delays
