Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan production activities according to schedule, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with various departments (Stores, Quality, Assembly, etc.) for smooth material flow and productivity improvement.
- Monitor and control daily production planning, shift planning, manpower handling, rejection control, line balancing, OEE, and shop floor control.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards by maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues related to production scheduling and inventory management.
