Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to early childhood learners.
- Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating classroom workplace.
- Use play-based and activity-driven methods to foster holistic development.
- Support children in developing foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and social interaction.
- Maintain records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to organize events and activities for young learners.

Qualifications:

- NTT / Diploma in Early Childhood Education or any equivalent qualification (mandatory).
- 1–2 years of teaching experience in early childhood education.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of child development and early learning methodologies.
- Creativity in designing age-appropriate teaching aids and activities.
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Effective communication and classroom management skills.
