Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer / Data Analyst with 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Power BI and Tableau, along with the ability to transform raw data into meaningful and interactive dashboards and reports.

The candidate should also possess excellent spoken and written English communication skills, as the role involves understanding requirements, discussing insights, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Analyze and transform data into meaningful business insights.
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards based on business requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and dashboard requirements.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and analysis to ensure accuracy.
- Develop and maintain reports, visualizations, and KPIs.
- Use Tableau for data visualization and reporting as required.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to support business decision-making.
- Ensure dashboards and reports are accurate, efficient, and updated.




- Troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues.
- Communicate findings and insights clearly to stakeholders in English.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Power BI / Data Analytics / Business Intelligence.
- Robust hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development.
- Good knowledge of Tableau.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and data visualization.
- Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Good understanding of KPIs, reports, charts, and business dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to understand requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with SQL and database concepts.
- Knowledge of DAX and Power Query.
- Experience in developing automated and dynamic dashboards.
- Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is technically strong in Power BI and dashboard development, has a good understanding of data analytics and visualization, and can communicate confidently in English with internal teams and stakeholders. Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
