Role OverviewAre you an expert in delivering complex Power Platform and AI solutions? Do you have a passion for process automation and helping organizations take the next step in AI integration and adoption?At Royal Smit & Zoon, we are looking for a driven new team member who will guide our organization in identifying, implementing, and strategically leveraging advanced automation solutions. In this role, you will have the unique prospect to streamline business processes and develop innovative solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

You will work within the ICT department where technology and creativity come together, collaborating closely with the AI Governance and EPM teams.

What You Will DoAs our Power Platform & AI specialist, you will act as a bridge between advanced technology and practical business needs.

Your core impact will involve:

- Business Process Transformation
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their ways of working, map business processes, and create high-impact improvement plans.
- Advise the organization on smart digitalization initiatives and process optimization opportunities.
- Solution Architecture & Development
- Design and develop user-friendly tools that improve operational efficiency and meet employee needs through Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI.
- Automate internal and customer-facing processes using custom APIs, Power Automate, and AI technologies.
- Design, build, and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions using Azure OpenAI services (such as GPT models) and Copilot Studio.
- Ensure all developed solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient.
- AI Advisory & Innovation Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to colleagues,



helping them explore and implement the latest innovations within the Power Platform and AI ecosystem.
- Help employees answer critical questions such as: How can AI make our business smarter? Which processes can benefit from Copilot Agents? How do we integrate AI into existing systems?
- Research and test emerging AI tools, staying up-to-date with trends to translate them into innovative business solutions.
- Work with AI models, data analytics, and automation technologies to continuously improve overall business capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and deploy Copilot Agents to automate tasks.
- Integrate Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI models into business workflows.
- Build intelligent solutions using Power Automate and API integrations.
- Advise departments on AI strategies and practical applications.
- Connect AI solutions with existing databases and business systems.
- Identify new AI opportunities within the organization.
- Manage automation projects end-to-end, from concept through implementation.

Technical Skills & QualificationsExperience & Education

- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and related technologies in an enterprise environment.
- Proven experience applying AI technologies practically in your previous work.

Core Technical Stack

- Low-Code/No-Code: Expert knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
- Scripting & Development: Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting, JSON, XML, and Python.
- Cloud & Security: Deep knowledge of Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Power Platform governance.
- Data & Integration: Strong understanding of SQL Server, storage solutions, Microsoft Graph API, custom APIs, and system integrations.
- AI & Automation: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI services, and data analytics tools.
