We are hiring a Power BI Developer for one of our premium clients.

Position: Power BI Developer

Location: Pan India

Experience: 5+ Years

Required Technical Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Report Builder & Power BI Service/Cloud
- Strong DAX development and semantic dataset development
- Robust SQL development Stored Procedures, Functions, Query Optimization & efficient coding
- Experience with Snowflake & Data Warehousing
- Hands-on experience with SSRS, SSIS & SSAS
- Experience with ActiveBatch / enterprise scheduling & orchestration
- Strong performance tuning and optimization skills

• Experience in Healthcare Analytics

Preferred Experience:

- 5+ years in Power BI / Tableau development
- 5+ years in SQL development & ETL
- 3–5+ years in Data Warehousing / Snowflake
- 3+ years in Healthcare Analytics
- Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, Risk, Quality, Population Health or Care Management reporting
- Epic Clarity/Cogito experience is a plus
- Power BI Administration & Governance experience





• Cloud Analytics platforms and enterprise scheduling tools

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and support enterprise analytics and reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL, Snowflake and related technologies
- Design and optimize ETL processes, stored procedures, functions and data integration workflows
- Collaborate with business stakeholders on operational, clinical and care management analytics

• Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, performance tuning and optimization

AI Skills:

- Experience using enterprise-approved AI/GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Leverage AI to improve development, SQL, documentation, testing, reporting and analytics workflows

• Follow enterprise AI governance, security, privacy and compliance standards
