Scope of Work
- To prepare initial-level project feasibility studies as per DCPR (Mumbai) and UDCPR (Mah)
- Liaise with MCGM – development planning, building proposals, ward office
- Liaise with SRA and environmental departments
- To prepare draft applications, undertakings, and submissions to various government departments
- Coordination with architects and consultants on drawings, certificates and related documentation
Skills
- Computer Savvy - Basic AutoCAD and advance excel
- Marathi Proficiency – read, write & speak
