Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and well-organized Political Campaign Coordinator to support and coordinate election and political campaign activities. The candidate will be responsible for campaign planning, team coordination, field activities, public outreach, and ensuring smooth execution of campaign programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate day-to-day political campaign activities.
- Coordinate with campaign teams, volunteers, local representatives, and field staff.
- Organize rallies, meetings, public events, roadshows, and constituency-level activities.
- Manage campaign schedules, meetings, and field visits.
- Coordinate with local teams for voter/public outreach activities.
- Monitor campaign activities and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Assist in preparing campaign plans, reports, presentations, and other communication material.
- Coordinate social media and digital campaign activities with the relevant team.
- Track ground-level feedback,



public concerns, and campaign responses.
- Ensure timely execution of assigned campaign tasks.
- Manage campaign-related logistics and event arrangements.
- Build and maintain good coordination with local stakeholders and community groups.
- Travel within assigned constituencies as required.

- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Social media and digital campaign knowledge will be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and during campaign periods.

Qualification Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with experience in political campaigns, public relations, event management, field operations, or community outreach will be preferred.
