Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Collaborate with project managers and teams to develop project plans, track progress, and address any issues that may arise.

- Develop and manage detailed SOWs, outlining project deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

- Coordinate with project managers to allocate resources effectively and ensure that project teams have the necessary support.

- Monitor resource utilization and identify opportunities for optimization.

- Identify and assess project risks, working with project teams to develop mitigation plans.

- Should have a robust hands-on experience MS-Office and various regular, ad-hoc report analysis and preparations.

- Closely work with the accounts department to understand the billing criteria and ensure the invoicing of the project is done on time.

- Coordinating effectively with the onshore, offshore and the clients to understand the project requirements and making sure to complete the project on time.





- Conduct weekly client meetings as a primary point of contact to provide project updates, understanding their needs, address concerns, and gather feedback.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align the PMO strategy with the organization’s overall business objectives.

- Establish governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for project management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

- 2-5 years of experience in project management.

- Proven Experience of Interacting with clients

- Knowledge on SOW’s and Purchase orders

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to align project activities with organizational objectives.

- Proficient in project portfolio management and risk management.

- Any Certification in Project Management (Agile/Scrum Master/PMP) will be a plus.
