Job Summary The Plumber is responsible for installing, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing plumbing systems, water supply lines, drainage systems, sanitary fixtures, and related equipment. The role ensures that all plumbing facilities operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, repair, and maintain water supply and drainage systems.
- Inspect plumbing lines, pipes, valves, taps, and fixtures regularly.
- Identify and repair water leaks, blockages, and pipe damage.
- Maintain toilets, wash basins, sinks, showers, and other sanitary fixtures.
- Repair and replace damaged pipes, taps, valves, and fittings.
- Attend plumbing complaints and maintenance requests promptly.
- Perform preventive maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Check water tanks, pumps, pipelines, and related equipment.
- Transparent blocked drains and sewage lines when required.
- Coordinate with the Facility Management Supervisor for major repair work.
- Maintain proper records of plumbing repairs and maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper use and safe handling of plumbing tools and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area after completing repair work.
- Follow all safety procedures and company maintenance policies.




- Respond to plumbing emergencies and minimize water leakage or damage.
- Monitor plumbing materials and inform the supervisor when replacement items are required.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of plumbing systems and maintenance
- Ability to identify and repair plumbing problems
- Knowledge of pipes, valves, fittings, pumps, and sanitary fixtures
- Basic knowledge of water supply and drainage systems
- Ability to use plumbing tools and equipment
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Awareness of workplace safety procedures

Experience Experience: 2–5 years of experience as a Plumber, preferably in facility management, residential buildings, commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, or similar environments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
