Key Responsibilities

- Control room PLC/desk operations

- Monitor and coordinate daily O&M; activities of the plant.

- Maintain daily operation and maintenance reports, log sheets and MIS.

- Coordinate with site engineers, operators and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.

- Track equipment breakdowns, maintenance activities and restoration status.

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly O&M; reports.

- Maintain records of preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

- Monitor pending maintenance jobs and follow up for timely closure.

- Coordinate manpower deployment and work allocation.

- Maintain plant-related documentation, checklists and records.

- Support preparation of maintenance schedules, work orders and shutdown plans.

- Analyze operational data and highlight deviations to the reporting manager.





- Ensure proper communication between site, O&M; and management teams.

- Follow applicable safety procedures and maintain required documentation.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

- 25 years of experience in O&M; / Thermal Power Plant / Industrial Plant.

- Valuable knowledge of plant operation, maintenance coordination and MIS reporting.

- Good command of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Strong coordination, documentation and communication skills.

- Candidates with experience in control room/desk operations or plant O&M; reporting will be preferred.
