We are looking for a Plant Manager who can take ownership of end-to-end laundry plant operations and ensure smooth, productive, and cost-effective functioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee end-to-end laundry plant operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of washing, drying, finishing, and related processes.
- Handle plant machinery, equipment, maintenance, and operational efficiency.
- Strong working knowledge of Wood Boiler, Tunnel Equipment, Furnace, and other laundry-related machinery.
- Monitor production, quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
- Plan and manage blue-collar manpower, including recruitment, deployment, attendance, shifts, and productivity.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, utilities, and resources.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective corrective measures.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, quality, and operational standards.




- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth plant functioning.
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Candidate Profile: ✅ 4–5 years of relevant experience in Laundry Operations / Industrial Laundry

✅ Strong understanding of commercial/industrial laundry processes

✅ Hands-on knowledge of Wood Boiler, Tunnel Equipment & Furnace

✅ Proven experience in managing blue-collar manpower

✅ Strong leadership and team-management skills

✅ Ability to independently handle plant operations

✅ Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

✅ Candidates from Laundry, Hospitality, Facility Management, or similar industries preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
