Role & responsibilities
HR person for the Animal Nutrition regional sales/business team” — someone who can independently handle both business HR + labour compliance.
You are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 4–8 years of experience who has worked closely with sales/business teams, preferably in industries such as Agri, Animal Nutrition, FMCG, Consumer, or Manufacturing.
The person will be based in Lucknow and travel around the region for 7–10 days every month.
Their job is basically to:
Understand the manpower needs of the business.
Hire and onboard people.
Work closely with regional sales leaders.
Handle employee issues and grievances.
Manage performance and talent development.
Improve employee productivity and engagement.
Handle labour laws, statutory compliance and contract labour.
Deal with government authorities and audits.
Independently manage day-to-day HR as well as strategic HR initiatives.
