- Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the new plant to ensure alignment with

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting: Ind-AS/IFRS, month-end closing, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and MIS reporting

Budgeting & Forecasting: Annual budgets, rolling forecasts, budget-vs-actual analysis, cost control, and management reporting

Tax & Compliance: GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory filings, Companies Act compliances, and audit coordination

Internal Controls & Audit: Strengthening SOPs and internal controls, managing statutory/internal audits, risk identification, and mitigation

Working Capital & Treasury: Cash-flow forecasting, receivables/payables, inventory management, banking, and working-capital optimization

Finance Operations: Costing, inventory accounting, plant finance, commercial finance,



and overall financial controls

Ideal Candidate

Candidates with robust experience in manufacturing, automotive, or FMCG, particularly in plant finance, costing, working capital, treasury, financial reporting, and compliance, will be preferred.

- Manage capital expenditure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

Job Requirements :

- 13-23 years of experience in finance leadership roles in the only from Manufacturing industry.
- Strong expertise in accountancy (direct & indirect tax), fixed asset accounting, project costing, and capital expenditure management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex financial transactions including debt financing arrangements.
