nWe are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented professional to join our organization as Head – Plant Operations. The ideal candidate should have a robust and proven track record in leading end-to-end manufacturing and plant operations, preferably within the Power Conditioning, Power Quality, Power Management, UPS, or related electrical/electronics industry.

nThe candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence in production, operations, planning, procurement, QC, TRC, logistics and Commercial.

nDesignation: Head – Plant Operations

n/ Responsibility:

- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant
n
- Ideate and implement strategic improvements for production, quality, and labor utilization throughout the facility
n
- Apply lean manufacturing principles in designing, specifying, and validating world-class manufacturing processes that achieve organizational goals
n




- Drive cost reduction activities to achieve budgetary goals for the company
n
- Investigate and implement innovative manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve product quality
n
- Participating in various manufacturing-related activities, such as quality, productivity, safety, innovation, supply management and on-time shipping
n
- Oversee logistics department for timely delivery of consignments to meet customer demand
n
- Ensure that production line schedules are in accordance with facility capabilities, customer requirements, and financial planning
n
- Works with Human Resources to proactively monitor and oversee all HR activities.
n
- Manage Admin. department to ensure proper maintenance of plant, plant security and protection
n
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures in all manufacturing areas.
n
- Provide comprehensive training opportunities to enhance staff skill and knowledge
n
- MIS preparing all reports as per the management requirements
n

nEducation: Graduate / Post graduate

nExperience: 10 years above years of experience

nSkills:

n
- Good communication skills in English
n
- Knowledge on MS office, E-mails, Good in English Written & Spoken
n
- Have experience in documentation, Interaction with Clients and Vendors, Knowledge of business processes
