About The Role We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager with robust expertise in project planning, scheduling, coordination, and project controls. The ideal candidate should have relevant end-to-end experience in high-rise residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate projects from commencement to completion
- Develop Master Plans and Look-Ahead Plans
- Track project schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Monitor project progress, milestones, critical activities, and overall project health
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate with site teams for MIS, progress reports,



and project updates
- Prepare and present project schedules to senior management and review committees
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly project review meetings
- Manage top-management reporting and ensure accurate MIS
- Maintain complete visibility of project progress, schedules, delays, and deviations

IDEAL CANDIDATE

- 8-15 years of relevant experience in project planning
- Strong experience in high-rise residential projects
- Excellent planning, scheduling, and project coordination skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent MIS, reporting, and presentation skills
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
