Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for high-rise building projects from concept to completion.

- Monitor progress against planned milestones and identify potential issues early on to mitigate delays or cost overruns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements :

- 8-12 years of experience in planning engineering or related field (construction management).

- Robust understanding of project planning, monitoring, and control principles applied to high-rise building projects.

- Proficiency in creating detailed project schedules using software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.

- Excellent knowledge of cost control management techniques including budgeting and forecasting.
