The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and networking skills, solid corporate connections, and experience in recruitment, placements, or corporate relations. The role involves developing placement strategies, building industry partnerships, coordinating recruitment drives and interviews, generating new placement opportunities, managing the placement team, and ensuring successful career opportunities for students/candidates.
