About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Placement Officer to support placement activities for our clients in the ERP domain, specifically Oracle technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong networking skills, good industry connections, and the ability to build long-term relationships with HR professionals and hiring organizations across the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and bring placement opportunities for clients trained in ERP technologies, particularly Oracle-related domains.

Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, recruiters, hiring managers, and corporate organizations for current and future hiring requirements.

Research and identify job openings across the IT industry that align with client skill sets and career aspirations.

Coordinate with companies regarding hiring requirements, interview schedules, and placement drives.

Support clients throughout the placement process including profile sharing, interview coordination, follow-ups, and onboarding assistance.

Develop and maintain a strong network with small, mid-sized, and large IT organizations to ensure continuous placement opportunities.

Track current market trends,



hiring demands, and skill requirements in the ERP and IT industry to improve placement success rates.

Work closely with the training team to understand candidate capabilities and ensure proper alignment between client profiles and market opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of placements, company interactions, interview statuses, and hiring pipelines through reports and trackers.

Conduct regular follow-ups with HRs and clients to ensure smooth communication and successful placement closures.

Assist in organizing placement drives, recruitment events, corporate meetings, and networking activities.

Build a positive brand presence for the organization among corporate clients and hiring partners.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong networking and relationship management abilities.

Basic understanding of ERP technologies, especially Oracle domain hiring.

Ability to coordinate multiple candidates and hiring processes simultaneously.

Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach toward placements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Prior experience in Placement Coordination ( Ed-tech )

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
