- Collaborate with senior management to develop a comprehensive placement

strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry trends.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential employers and industry partners to facilitate job placements for students or employees.

- Oversee training and development programs designed to enhance the employability of students or employees, including resume building, interview skills, and career counseling.

- Manage the end-to-end placement process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating job fairs, and organizing recruitment drives.

- Work closely with academic departments, career services teams, and faculty members to align placement efforts with educational objectives.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to students/employees throughout the placement process, offering support and advice.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
