About the Role

Elevate Global Academy is seeking a proactive and result-driven Placement Officer to manage student placements and build strong industry connections. The role focuses on ensuring maximum placement outcomes by aligning student skills with industry requirements through effective coordination, training support, and employer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with companies, hospitals, and corporate partners to generate placement opportunities
- Identify suitable job openings for students in India and abroad
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, placement drives, walk-ins, and recruitment events
- Follow up with recruiters for feedback and selection updates
- Guide students on resume preparation, interview readiness, and career planning
- Conduct mock interviews and placement-oriented training sessions
- Ensure students are job-ready and aligned with industry expectations
- Match students with appropriate job roles based on their skills and career goals
- Develop recent corporate tie-ups and maintain a database of recruiters and HR contacts
- Track placement status including interviews, offers, joining, and dropouts
- Maintain accurate placement records, MIS reports, and documentation
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly placement reports




- Monitor placement targets and ensure consistent performance
- Identify skill gaps among students and coordinate with the training team for improvement
- Work closely with trainers to enhance student employability
- Ensure adherence to placement processes, SOPs, and quality standards
- Support continuous improvement of placement strategies and outcomes

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or HR roles
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with employers
- Valuable organizational and coordination abilities
- Understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines

Preferred Skills

- Experience in academic institutions or training environments
- Strong industry outreach and corporate networking capabilities
- Experience in conducting placement training or student mentoring

Qualification

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
