Job Summary

You are appointed as junior physiotherapist at RxDx Clinic, SAMAMVAY, Malleswaram, accountable for delivering clinical excellence,helping with the overall growth of the rehabilitation center. This role combines advanced patient care, patient assessment , conclusive diagnosis. You will ensure evidence-based treatment, seamless patient experience, adherence to NABH standards, and community engagement that strengthens RxDx SAMAMVAY’s position as a trusted center for musculoskeletal, sports injury, and orthopedic and other condition’s rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

C → Clinical Excellence

● Assess, diagnose, and manage musculoskeletal, sports injury, orthopedic, and related rehabilitation cases.

● Design and implement rehabilitation programmes customized to individual patient needs.

● Deliver hands-on physiotherapy sessions including different Mobilization Techniques, Sports Massage, Dry Needling, Athletic taping, and Hydrotherapy.

● Monitor patient progress, adapt interventions, and ensure adherence to best practices and safety protocols.

● Address and attend home visit requirements.

● MSK assessments, treatment protocols,



and be accountable for the progression of the patient.

● U → Unit Leadership

● Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and training to interns.

● Facilitate hands-on training programmes to improve patient outcomes.

● Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and patient-first care.

R → Responsible Operations

● Maintain accurate clinical records, documentation, and rehabilitation progress reports.

● Engage regularly with doctors to generate referrals for the department.

● Oversee departmental rosters and ensure optimal utilization and availability of physiotherapists.

● Attend and address patient feedback to ensure satisfaction and service quality E → Expansion & Growth

● Collaborate with the Marketing team for awareness initiatives such as blogs, videos, and corporate wellness talks.

● Participate in outreach programs (community camps, sports camps, corporate talks) with the Business Development team.

● Represent RxDx SAMAMVAY in workshops, events, and sports promotion initiatives.

● Submit daily and monthly performance reports for the department.

● Monitor the quality and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment.

● Strengthen relationships with other departments to ensure integrated patient care.

Performance Metrics

● Total number of patient sessions completed.

● Total number of home visits attended.

● Total unfilled enquiries (missed opportunities) tracked and reduced.

● Total number of referrals generated from doctors/partners.

● Total number of blogs/articles contributed.

● Total number of educational/Awareness videos created.

● Patient satisfaction and feedback scores.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
