Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based at the Painflame Clinic in Noida & Dwarka . The Physiotherapist will assess patients with musculoskeletal, spine, and chronic pain conditions, conduct detailed physical evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with the clinic’s non-surgical, drug-free philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering hands-on physiotherapy sessions, supervising exercise protocols, using clinic-approved therapeutic modalities, and collaborating closely with chiropractors and other pain specialists.

The role involves documenting patient progress, educating patients on posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programs, and contributing to continuous improvement of clinical protocols. The Physiotherapist is expected to maintain high standards of patient safety, empathy, and skilled ethics while supporting the clinic’s mission of treating the root cause of pain.

Qualifications

- Relevant academic background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution, with valid registration as per local regulatory requirements.
- Clinical expertise: Strong skills in assessment,



manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation for musculoskeletal, spine, and chronic pain conditions.
- Evidence-based practice: Ability to design treatment plans using current clinical guidelines, and openness to integrate chiropractic, osteopathy, and advanced modalities within a multidisciplinary framework.
- Patient care and communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, clear patient education abilities, and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to diverse patient populations.
- Documentation and organization: Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical records, tracking outcomes, and managing caseloads efficiently in a busy practice.
- Team collaboration: Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and willingness to coordinate care with chiropractors, physicians, and other allied health professionals.
- Professional qualities: Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, commitment to continuous learning, and readiness to work on-site full time in Gurugram.
- Preferred experience: Prior work in advanced pain management
