Role Description This full-time remote PHP Laravel Developer role is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing back-end services and APIs for web and mobile applications. The developer will design and implement application architecture in Laravel, integrate databases, and ensure clean, secure, and reusable code following best practices and object-oriented principles.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with front-end developers and product teams, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and improving application performance and scalability. The role also involves participating in code reviews, contributing to technical documentation,



and supporting deployment and maintenance activities in an agile environment. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions that align with client requirements and project timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Back-End Web Development skills, with hands-on experience in PHP, Laravel, RESTful APIs, and database design (MySQL or similar).
- Candidates should possess solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills, including knowledge of design patterns, clean code principles, and reusable component development.
- Candidates should possess Front-End Development familiarity, including working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks to integrate back-end services with user interfaces.
- Candidates should possess robust Software Development skills, including understanding of SDLC, version control (Git), testing, and debugging in cooperative environments.
- Candidates should possess strong Programming fundamentals, such as data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques applicable to scalable web applications.
- Relevant experience with Laravel ecosystems (queues, jobs, events), API authentication (JWT, OAuth), and performance optimization is beneficial.
- Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams, with clear communication and time management skills, is preferred.
