Hiring - Senior Phlebotomist / IV Therapy Specialist

Location: Mumbai

CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA

Experience: 5+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Senior Phlebotomist / IV Therapy Specialist with robust expertise in venipuncture, IV cannulation and infusion therapies

Key Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in phlebotomy & IV therapy
- Expertise in difficult vein access and peripheral IV placement
- Experience with IV drips, IV pushes, IM/SubQ injections
- Knowledge of IV solution preparation/compounding and aseptic techniques
- Strong patient communication and ability to handle anxious patients
- Experience with vital signs, specimen handling and EMR documentation
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Nursing degree/license or relevant phlebotomy certification preferred
- Experience in wellness, luxury healthcare, IV hydration or outpatient settings is an advantage
