Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert serving learners of all age groups across the Indian region. The professional will plan and conduct online phonics and public speaking sessions, design age-appropriate lesson plans, and use interactive methods to build learners’ pronunciation, vocabulary, articulation, confidence, and stage presence. Daily responsibilities include assessing learner levels, tracking progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to individual and group needs.

The role involves collaborating with academic teams to refine curricula, creating engaging practice materials, and maintaining clear communication with learners and families.



The skilled will also be expected to participate in regular training sessions, uphold high teaching standards, and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and motivating virtual classroom environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in phonics instruction, spoken English, and pronunciation suitable for diverse age groups.
- Candidates should possess skills in public speaking training, presentation coaching, and confidence-building techniques for learners.
- Candidates should possess abilities in lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and use of interactive teaching strategies.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with online teaching platforms, digital classroom tools, and basic multimedia content creation.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including clear, neutral English, active listening, and empathetic learner support.
- Candidates should possess strong classroom management in virtual settings, time management, and organizational skills.
- Relevant experience as an English language trainer, speech coach, or communications educator in the Indian region is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communication, or a related field, along with relevant teaching or training certifications, is preferred.
- Candidates should possess a learner-centric mindset, commitment to inclusivity, and willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
