We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Product & Project Manager with a strong understanding of pharmacy products and the e-commerce industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing products, coordinating projects, and leading the e-commerce team to ensure smooth operations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee pharmacy-related products and product categories.
- Have strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
- Lead and manage the E-commerce team effectively.
- Plan, organize, and manage product-related projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including E-commerce, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and other departments.
- Monitor product listings, pricing, product information, inventory coordination, and overall product performance.
- Ensure product information and content are accurate and updated.
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor daily work and project progress.
- Set timelines and ensure projects are completed within deadlines.




- Identify challenges and provide effective solutions to improve workflow and performance.
- Work on strategies to improve product visibility, sales, and customer experience.
- Prepare and share regular updates and reports with management.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among all team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy and pharmaceutical products.
- Good understanding of E-commerce platforms and operations.
- Experience in Product Management and Project Management.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and leadership skills.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical Products, E-commerce, Product Management, or Project Management will be preferred.
