Dorika Hospital is looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee pharmacy operations, inventory, procurement, compliance and team management.

Job Location: Tezpur, Assam (On-site, Full-Time)

Eligibility:

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm with valid Pharmacy Council registration.
- 7+ years of experience, preferably in a hospital pharmacy.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy inventory, procurement, dispensing and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with HIS/ERP and MS Excel.
- Solid leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with hospital pharmacy management experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:





- Manage day-to-day hospital pharmacy operations and dispensing.
- Ensure availability of medicines, surgical items and pharmacy consumables.
- Manage inventory, stock reconciliation, expiry/near-expiry and FEFO.
- Monitor pharmacy billing, sales, returns and stock-related controls.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Finance, Nursing and Clinical departments.
- Manage vendors, purchase requirements and timely replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Drug & Pharmacy regulations and maintain statutory records.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines, including controlled/high-risk medicines.
- Conduct regular stock audits and address discrepancies.
- Lead and manage pharmacy staff and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Support hospital quality and accreditation requirements related to pharmacy operations.
