Role Description This is a full time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Noida. The Pharmacist will dispense prescribed medications, verify prescriptions for accuracy, and ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.

Daily responsibilities include counseling patients on medication use, dosage, side effects, and storage, as well as maintaining accurate patient records and inventory of medicines and supplies. The role involves collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to optimize medication therapy and support clinical decisions. The Pharmacist will also participate in quality assurance activities,



monitor for potential drug interactions, and follow established protocols and hospital policies.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and therapeutic guidelines, with the ability to interpret prescriptions accurately.
- Proficiency in medication dispensing, inventory management, and use of pharmacy or hospital information systems.
- Attention to detail, sound clinical judgment, and commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance.
- Effective communication skills to counsel patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / Pharm.D) from an accredited institution; valid registration/license with the relevant pharmacy council.
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting is preferred; familiarity with Indian healthcare regulations and standards is an advantage.
- Willingness to work assigned shifts, adhere to ethical practices, and participate in ongoing professional development.
