About the Organisation

Established in 1988, SACH is a nationally recognized development organisation with over three decades of experience in public health systems strengthening, education, adolescent development, community mobilization, and institutional capacity building across multiple states in India. SACH has worked extensively with state governments, national health missions, and CSR partners in designing and implementing large-scale, community-centered interventions. SACH operates a CSR-funded Static OPD / Dispensary situated in Manesar district, Haryana.

Its mandate is to deliver primary healthcare services to underserved communities within the Manesar region and its environs.

About the Role

We are seeking a registered Pharmacist to accurately dispense medicines, counsel patients, and meticulously manage stock inventory and expiry tracking at our clinic. The role involves maintaining precise dispensing records, ensuring strict compliance with pharmacy ethics, and supporting the MBBS doctor during OPD hours. Eligible candidates must hold a D.Pharm or B.Pharm with a valid Haryana State Pharmacy Council registration and at least 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispense medicines accurately as per prescriptions by the MBBS doctor. Counsel patients on dosage, timing, and side effects.
- Maintain stock of medicines, consumables
- Perform daily stock checks and update stock register. Ensure proper storage conditions for drugs, especially temperature-sensitive items.
- Monitor expiry dates,



segregate near-expiry drugs, and ensure timely disposal as per BMW rules Maintain dispensing records, indent books, and daily consumption reports. Support monthly reporting to Project Manager.
- Follow Drugs & Cosmetics Act, pharmacy ethics. Assist doctor during OPD hours and help maintain patient flow.

Required Qualifications: Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a PCIrecognized institute.

Registration:

Valid registration with Haryana State Pharmacy Council

Required Skills

- Knowledge of generic drug names, basic computer skills for stock entry, positive communication in Hindi/English
- Proficiency in computers and fair knowledge in e-Chikitsa software or similar will be an added advantage.
