Job Title: Pharma Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Pharma Trainer to provide effective training and development programs for our Field Sales Teams. The candidate will be responsible for conducting online and field-based training sessions focused on product knowledge, sales excellence, and soft skills development across Pharma, PBD, and Wellness divisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online training sessions for the Field Sales Team on a regular basis.
- Visit field locations whenever required to provide on-the-job coaching and field training.
- Deliver Product Training on pharmaceutical and Ayurvedic products.
- Conduct Sales Training programs to improve selling skills, objection handling, and customer engagement.
- Provide Soft Skills Training, including communication, presentation, interpersonal, and professional development skills.
- Design and execute specialized training programs based on business requirements.
- Assess training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support the development of training materials, presentations, and learning modules.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align training initiatives with business objectives.
- Be flexible and available to conduct training programs for PBD and Wellness Teams whenever required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Ayurveda, or a related field.
- Certification or experience in Training & Development will be an added advantage.

Experience





- 3-8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales Training, Product Training, or Learning & Development.
- Prior experience in training field sales personnel is preferred.
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical and Ayurvedic products.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and field force effectiveness.
- Ability to conduct both virtual and classroom training sessions.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams, and other online training platforms.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field training and coaching.

Key Requirements

- Must be flexible to train teams across Pharma, PBD, and Wellness divisions.
- Must possess strong product knowledge of Pharma and Ayurveda segments.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop field sales professionals.
- Ready to travel for field visits and training assignments as required.
