Shift: 7:30 PM–4:00 AM OR 8:00 PM–4:30 AM IST

Salary: ₹6–10 LPA

Role SummaryWe are looking for a Pharmaceutical Launch Project Manager with strong hands-on experience in commercial/product launch management. The candidate will coordinate cross-functional launch activities, maintain launch plans and trackers, monitor risks, budgets and timelines, and provide structured updates to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage integrated launch plans, RAID logs, dashboards, timelines and action trackers
- Coordinate with Commercial, Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Finance and Operations
- Conduct launch meetings, prepare agendas/MOMs and ensure action-item closure
- Track and escalate risks, issues, dependencies and launch milestones
- Prepare leadership reports, presentations and launch-status updates




- Manage budgets, accruals, variance and planned vs. actual spend

Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical product/commercial launch experience
- Strong experience in Commercial Launch / Launch Excellence / Commercial Operations
- Hands-on experience with launch trackers, RAID logs, dashboards and budget tracking
- Experience working across multiple pharmaceutical functions and senior stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of Smartsheet, Advanced Excel/Pivot Tables and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, coordination and reporting skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or related field

Important: Candidates with only IT Project Management, R&D;, Regulatory, Manufacturing or Technology Transfer experience without pharmaceutical commercial launch exposure will not be considered.
