Job Purpose Responsible for organizing & controlling the GRC Accounts, Stores & Local Purchase activities including preparation of MIS reports & fulfillment of statutory requirement

Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Responsible for all commercial & Statutory compliances To plan, implement & control in coordination with Marketing staff for payment against GRC Sales To ensure timely & cost effective procurement of all stores related items

- Preparation of Stores issue & receipt details

Planning , procuring & maintaining of all production & maintenance related jobs of plant. Responsible for all commercial & Statutory compliances
- Timely compliance of Excise report
- Payment of wages, PF & PF disposition to workers as per statutory compliances
- To comply with sales tax return obligations
- To comply with Air water control board etc
- Renewal of Factory license
- Health check-ups of all workers as per labour law
- To comply with all other laws as applicable

To plan, implement & control in coordination with Marketing staff for payment against GRC Sales
- Strict adherence towards Terms & Condition of contract
- To prepare Ughai comment sheet
- To coordinate follow up with marketing colleagues for recovery of pending payment & various forms required





KRA2 To plan for providing application support to customer for erection of GRC finished goods for customer satisfaction To coordinate with transporters for timely moving of material for effective running of the plant To plan for providing application support to customer for erection of GRC finished goods for customer satisfaction
- To coordinate with staff for quick & timely completion of task with uncompromising quality
- To facilitate deputed staff & workers with generic needs
- To fulfill logical demands of customer for erection & installation of GRC
- To ensure collection of payment of GRC .

To coordinate with transporters for timely moving of material for effective running of the plant
- To arrange mode of transport for moving GRC finished goods at their desired destination
- To scrutinize for selection of Transporter & mode of Transport
- To crystallize & freeze rates by negotiating with transporter in coordination with Kharia if required
- To ensure timely & secure delivery of finished goods
- To communicate customer & Marketing officer regarding transportation details
- To coordinate with Marketing staff & customers for payment of unpaid transportation charges
- To ensure negotiation with suppliers for purchase of material
- To ensure collection & scrutiny quotation from suppliers
- To select, crystallize & freeze supplier on the basis of quotation received

KRA3 To scrutinize Sales order meticulously so as to comply with terms & condition Meticulously check all terms & condition
- To follow up with party in case of any deficiency observed
- To cease Transportation of goods in case of any deficiency
- To coordinate & negotiate with customers for rectifying deficiency
