Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Accountancy and/or Business Studies for Grades XI–XII (CBSE).
- Prepare students for board examinations with a strong focus on conceptual clarity, application, and problem-solving.
- Design assessments, assignments, and activities that build analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Support students with academic guidance, doubt-solving, and exam readiness strategies.
- Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and career development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

- B.Ed degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in Accountancy/Business Studies for senior secondary (CBSE preferred).




- Solid subject knowledge with the ability to simplify complex financial and business concepts.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching with a student-first mindset.
- Familiarity with digital tools and modern teaching methodologies.
