Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Area/Territory Sales Managers to achieve regional sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies, including territory planning, distributor networks, and key account management.




- To expand to multiple cities in the region by opening distributors and building sales teams.
- Identify expansion opportunities, onboard new clients in Horeca industry (cafés, bars, hotels) and drive upselling/cross-selling.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and forecasting to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with marketing/operations for product launches, demos, promotions, and supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor team KPIs, provide coaching/training, and submit regional reports/expense updates.

Requirements
- 6-9 years of relevant experience in techno-commercial or sales management, ideally in FMCG, beverages, or F&B;/HoReCa.
