nWe're looking for a smart, curious and highly energetic Creative Production Intern who wants to understand how an idea becomes a film.
nThis is not a desk-only internship.
nYou'll work across the filmmaking process — researching ideas, developing concepts, creating pitch decks, preparing for productions and being on the ground with our team during shoots.
nOne day you could be researching a brand.
nThe next, you could be building a pitch.
nAnd the next, you could be on a film set helping bring that idea to life.
nWHAT YOU'LL DO
nCREATIVE DEVELOPMENT

- Research brands, industries, people and storiesn
- Brainstorm concepts for films and campaignsn
- Find strong visual and storytelling referencesn
- Develop moodboards and creative referencesn
- Help turn rough ideas into clear film conceptsn
- Explore engaging formats and storytelling approachesn

nPITCHES & PRESENTATIONS

- n
- Help develop creative pitch decks and treatmentsn




- Research references for upcoming client opportunitiesn
- Structure ideas into compelling presentationsn
- Work with the creative and business teams on pitchesn
- Use AI and modern creative tools to research, visualise and develop ideas fastern

nPRE-PRODUCTION

- n
- Assist with production planningn
- Research locations, talent and shoot requirementsn
- Help prepare schedules, shot lists and production documentsn
- Coordinate with crew, vendors and internal teamsn
- Keep track of requirements before the team reaches the shootn

nON SET
nYou'll be expected to go on shoots and actively participate in production.
